If you are facing a “server-side” issue that requires access to the university database, our team cannot fix this for you. For the following issues, you must contact the official university helpdesk:

  • Payment Failures: If money was deducted but not updated in the ERP.
  • Result Withheld (UFM): Official disciplinary or result status queries.
